You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you let Bandaar host and show it, and you let other members use the audio of a public post in their own posts through "Use this sound". Only post video, music and audio that you made or have permission to use.
We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement and remove or disable the material they identify. If you believe something on Bandaar infringes your rights, see our copyright page to send a notice. If your content is removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice from the same page. Accounts that are the subject of repeated confirmed infringement notices will be banned: three confirmed infringements ends the account.
Voice Studio makes AI-generated speech. Sounds made with it are labelled as AI-generated. Do not use it to impersonate a real person, to mislead people, or to say anything that breaks these terms.
